Thank you for shopping with us. Because we operate through international suppliers, our return policy is designed to ensure fairness and protect both our customers and our business.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • After 12 hours, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellations beyond this timeframe.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Clear photo or video evidence is required if claiming damage, defect, or incorrect item.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Refused deliveries
  • Minor variations in color, size, or appearance (due to screens or production differences)
  • Items marked Final Sale

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photo and/or video evidence.
  • Do not dispose of the item until instructed.

After verification, we may:

  • Send a replacement free of charge, or
  • Issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • In some cases, return shipping may exceed the product value; customers must confirm before proceeding.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.
  • Refunds may take 5–14 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • We may issue store credit instead of a monetary refund in certain cases.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the return conditions are not met.


6. Lost Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • Unclaimed deliveries.
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in account restrictions and submission of dispute evidence to the payment provider.

We reserve the right to contest all chargebacks with tracking confirmation and fulfillment proof.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Intimate or hygiene-related products
  • Personalized/custom items
  • Digital products
  • Clearance/Final Sale items

9. International Shipping Delays

As we work with international suppliers:

  • Shipping times may vary.
  • Customs delays are beyond our control.
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Delays do not qualify for refunds.
